Where we work

Roofing Key West and the Lower Keys.

From Old Town and Bahama Village out through Stock Island and down to Big Pine Key — the same metal roofs, the same honest, free inspections.

Key West is home base at Mile Marker 0, but we cover the whole Lower Keys — the historic district and its Conch cottages, the B&Bs and vacation rentals, and the homes down the highway through Stock Island and beyond. Wherever you are below, the process is the same: a free inspection, a written line-item estimate, the right metal profile for the job, and a roof built to HARC guidelines and Monroe County wind code.

Old Town, Key West (historic district)

The heart of Key West and the historic district reviewed by HARC. Conch cottages, eyebrow houses, and landmark homes where the classic 5V-crimp tin roof is the expected profile. We match historic profiles and finishes and prepare the documentation review requires, from Duval to the Truman waterfront.

Common projects: Historic 5V-crimp, standing seam, restoration, HARC-savvy re-roofs.

Bahama Village, Key West

The historic neighborhood west of Whitehead — tight-knit, walkable, and full of wood-frame Conch homes that take the full salt air. Heritage profiles and careful detailing matter here, and quick response from our Key West base.

Common projects: Historic metal, 5V-crimp, repairs, full Monroe County documentation.

Truman Annex & Casa Marina, Key West

From the former naval grounds at Truman Annex to the grand homes of Casa Marina near the Atlantic. Higher-end historic and waterfront properties, often under review, that need durable metal matched to approved profiles and finishes.

Common projects: Standing seam, historic 5V-crimp, HOA/HARC-compliant re-roofs.

New Town, Key West

The newer side of the island east of Old Town — mid-century and contemporary homes outside the strictest historic review. A lot of roofs due for a marine-grade metal upgrade, with the same wind-code standards across the island.

Common projects: Metal installation, replacement, standing seam, storm repair.

Stock Island, FL

Just over the bridge from Key West — a working waterfront island of homes, marinas, and small commercial. Heavy salt exposure and a practical place for durable metal. Fast turnaround from our Key West base.

Common projects: Metal re-roofs, standing seam, commercial, storm repair.

Big Coppitt, Sugarloaf & Cudjoe Key, FL

The Lower Keys up the highway from Key West — canal-front and island homes, stilt houses, and second homes that need durable, low-maintenance metal that holds up while owners are away.

Common projects: Standing seam, 5V-crimp, elevated/stilt-home roofing, repairs.

Big Pine Key, FL

The largest of the Lower Keys, MM 30, with a mix of island homes, canal-front properties, and the National Key Deer Refuge nearby. Same Monroe County wind code, same metal systems built for direct storm exposure.

Common projects: Metal re-roofs, repairs, vacation-rental roofing, storm documentation.

Lower Keys B&Bs, guesthouses & vacation rentals

All across Key West and down the highway. Innkeepers and absentee owners who need a roof that protects the investment between guests — and a roofer who communicates by phone, email, and photos.

Common projects: Re-roofs, repairs, scheduled maintenance, storm documentation.
